When Colorado State University Global decided to hold their Spring 2021 Commencement virtually, we knew we needed to show our appreciation and ensure that graduates had the best experience possible. We decided to send a surprise Commencement box to all graduates with items that would encourage social sharing.
Leveraging our secondary, vibrant brand colors, I crafted a collection of graduation-inspired icons and meticulously designed the box and its contents. A key objective was to ensure that the box exuded an element of excitement, effectively capturing the attention of viewers. Within each box, recipients discovered a lively assortment including a pennant, a popsocket featuring our brand logo, a decal, a selfie-kit with various accessories, and a heartfelt congratulatory note. Furthermore, I curated a series of engaging social media posts, encouraging students to share their cherished graduation memories.
